Selena did an awesome job getting me the exact '24 Tacoma I was looking for. She clearly cared about my experience and not just her commission and was possibly more upset even than I was when the truck got stuck at the port with a QC Hold. Great communication and awesome customer experience. Finance was not pushy about the inevitable add-ons they try to sell.
