I traded in my old 2010 Prius for this beautiful 2019 Prius, Brendan was my salesman and he was great! Very attentive, detail oriented, friendly and professional. I reached out looking specifically for a Prius and since I was eager to buy this one Brendan even made some effort to hold on to the car for me so I could come look at it. He was really helpful and informative as this was my first time financing a car. Austin was the finance guy that gave me the rundown on my loan and he was great as well! What I really appreciated about both of them was that they informed me on all of the options and add ons available and how they would be beneficial but were not pushy/did not pressure me into making purchases I was not interested in or outside of my means. All in all this was a great experience, I was in and out in just a couple of hours and Brendan helped pass the time with friendly chit chat! He has also responded to me directly with some followup questions I had, greatly appreciated!

I have been getting my car serviced at Germain Toyota (Reynoldsburg) since I moved to the Columbus area back in 2021! I purchased my vehicle in my hometown and continued to get it serviced at the Toyota dealership there as well. I have not had a compliant regarding any services rendered to my vehicle, and Madison Rosenberger was THEE BEST! She was very helpful, accommodating and friendly. Amazing service and atmosphere. Autumn, the director was personally on the floor offering customers waiting if they wanted fresh popcorn and coffee. engaging with children and taking time to speak with staff as well. The waiting area was clean and the chair were in good condition. Service staff were attentive, punctual and respectful of all those waiting. From one boss lady to another keep it up!
