Great experience! Greyson was amazing. Extremely polite, incredibly knowledgeable, and most importantly went way above and beyond to give us the best experience. There was one item with the vehicle we were looking at that could use some repair and he had a quote prepared ahead of time for us so we knew what the cost would look like, if we wanted to go that route, and then was able to reduce the cost of the vehicle to cover that. And he did all of that without us even asking. It’s rare to find someone genuinely caring about providing an incredible customer experience these days, but Greyson is one of those rare people. I highly recommend that you specifically request to work with him if you are looking for a new Toyota.

He went the extra mile to work with his manager to get the rims as good as new at no cost to me since they were pretty scratched up. From start to finish he was great! I would highly recommend him.

Amanda at Germain Toyota is absolutely amazing! She found the car I wanted and she went back and forth with her manager to get me the best deal possible. She was great and I would highly recommend her. I drove 30 mins from home to Germain dealership because of the good reviews they and Amanda got. The sales manager was very reluctant to honor the Germain Kelly Blue book value of my trade-in. He did go down on the price of the new car but having to go back and forth with him on honoring the trade in value was exhausting. My trade-in was 3ish years old and in great condition. I was disappointed in that with him but the rest of the experience with Amanda was great.
