Upon my car search, I contacted at least a dozen different dealerships. Trust me when I say no dealership has ever been as straight forward as Chaz and the team at Germain. You won’t get a better deal on pricing anywhere; this place wants to sell cars. And they provide up front pricing, no back door fees like other places. Greyson helped me get the car I wanted. Hybrid Corolla Cross are very hard to come by so putting a deposit down on one that was still in transit was the way to go. Greyson is a bright, young sales person who is very kind and knowledgeable. AJ in finance was also nice, knowledgeable and easy to work with. I helped Lincoln get the Hawaii license plate to add to his collection. The service I received here is unmatched so I highly recommend Germain Toyota for your new car needs!

He took me for a ride in the vehicle I was interested in, and explained all the available features, with clarity and understanding. Germain Toyota is very fortunate to have such a customer friendly salesman. I was interested in another vehicle, at another dealership, but , after dealing with Frank, I felt he was more honest, and forthcoming, and decided to purchase the vehicle from him. Great place to buy a car. It's a little out of the way but they make up for it...lower costs and salesmen that make you feel they're relatives. Preston was so very nice and surprisingly fast. We had some problems but he made it easier.

Just bought a new vehicle this past week. I saw one I wanted. Sent an interest in it and Azaz a service member got back to me immediately. He was very helpful and very nice. I would recommend going to him if you’re interested in buying a vehicle. The Financial manager was just as helpful and nice as well. They made my experience very comfortable and not drawn out.
