Ms. Mitchell was very pleasant and found others to answer questions. A salesperson (sorry, but I cannot recall his name) was patient with me when I asked some pretty basic stuff about some of my car's features. Wi-fi in service lounge worked well. A plus for someone who never leaves home without her tablet!
As a past employee I realize how hard it is to make everything perfect, but Brian treated me well, and my Highlander was finished quicker than expected
The salesman Bernard Ogebide is the Best he possess excellent customer service and professionalism! Great integrity and he definitely is very knowledgeable about the automobiles he sales. Because of these qualities it will keep customers returning!
What a great experience! Tom Lombardo set me up with a test drive on the new C-HR. He wasn't pushy at all, was great to work with and when I decided I wanted the car he showed me every little feature and detail. This was my first brand new car and he made it a great experience. So pleased with the car and the service!
Had to get airbags replaced due to a national recall. Maintenance staff was very polite, informative, and friendly!
This was my third purchase from Germain Toyota. Obviously I'm very pleased with the cars I've purchased and the way Germain treats their customers. This is the second car Omar Jackson has helped me buy. He's a class act.
The service department has blown me away by leaps and bounds. I have a challenger that I purchased from used, I took it to a dodge dealer where they tried to upsell me after having warranty work performed. I got the warranty repair completed and brought back to germain and their service department took care of me and showed me that the other dealer was trying to put the squeeze on me. I'm very pleased that they took the time to bring me into the shop and show me what was done and that my vehicle was fine without the additional upsale. They seem to care about the customer more than the dollar, and for that I will be back!
Amanda Lobach is the best! Love her! She knew I wanted to Uber and she showed me ONE car. It was perfect for the job. She showed me how to hook up my Uber device to car. She got the payments in a range with my budget. It never seemed like I was just another guy at her desk. She made me feel special.
I hate buying a new car. The last new car I bought was almost 13 years ago. I still have that car. However, my son is now getting his license so I needed a second car. I worked with Omar Jackson at Germain Toyota. I never felt any high pressure or con games when working with Omar. It was easy to discuss what I was looking for and he was understanding that I was not going to be immediately purchasing any vehicle. He explained things when I had questions and was responsive over the following days when I had additional questions. After examining my different options I decided on the Toyota Rav4. I would say working with Omar had a lot to do with my decision. Now I can rest easy knowing I have at least another 13 years or so before I have to do this all over again! 🙂
I have been a loyal Toyota customer since 1988. I switched from a previous dealership to germain and have been extremely happy. I hooked up with Norm in 2009 and he has taken care of me since. I walk in to the showroom and the other sale people are super friendly. You are part of a family with Germain Toyota. They listen to what you want and need and try to get you in the right vehicle. If you want a quality vehicle and a fair price See norm and he will take care of you. The service department is great also.
