I only get my Toyota RAV4 service at this location. The people who work in the service department are always friendly and very thorough. Especially service advisor Mahogany Nolen. She is the best. She was able to communicate the services that were needed done on my vehicle in the order of importance. She gave me some great recommendations as well. Had an appointment scheduled at 9:15 am and Mahogany was right there as we pulled in. She explained all the services we were getting done and what to expect. She even recalled us from a visit 3 months ago. Service was completed in just over an hour an we were on our way.

Customer service has always been exceptional, service is thorough, and I feel confident in the reliability of my Toyota because the service team does such a great job.
