My experience is somewhat crazy I bought a Corolla cross in July my salesman was Daniel. He found everything I wanted including the color and at that time I was satisfied. A couple of months later I decided that I needed a larger car so I went back and Righteous was my salesman. (Daniel had transferred departments) He jumped right in and easily took over.
