I have been in the market for a Toyota Certified Pre-Owned RAV4 for a few months. I had been to two other dealerships in town, and I didn't have a positive experience at either. Like most Millennial Americans, I shop online or I at least like to look online before I go in store. I have previously purchased two other Toyotas in my life, one at another Toyota dealer in Columbus and one at another Toyota dealer in Springfield. I would have to say my experience at Germain was the best. Mike was thorough, had a good sense of humor, and worked through options with me. I was probably not going to be his easiest customer this month, but I knew what I wanted and why I wanted to make the switch from my Corolla to the RAV4. I am glad I made the choice to do so. Every time I have purchased a car in my life, I have left the dealership with a migraine. Yesterday was the first time that did not happen. I think any female who walks into a car dealership alone feels like they are probably going to be taken advantage of in one way or another. This was not the case yesterday. It comes with experience, but I felt like every question I had was answered quickly and if Mike didn't know the answer, he took initiative to find out. I had a trade-in situation that, so far, has been seamless. Luke in finance got me in and out quickly and was respectful of my decision to turn down additional warranty options. I am happy with my choice to shop Germain. It was recommended to me by my friend who purchased a Prius from them a few years ago, and her positive experiences were very similar to mine. I will update if I have any issues, but I don't foresee that being an problem.
About a month and a half ago, I found a 2016 Toyota Camry on Germain Toyota's website that I really liked. After reaching out to Tony in the used car sales department, and coming in for a test drive, I was pleased with the customer service and with our purchase! Unfortunately, I noticed a problem with the alignment upon driving the car home a long distance, almost 2 hours away. I contacted the dealership and Greg said they would be able to reimburse me for the work that my local mechanic needed to do on the alignment. The reimbursement took longer than I thought it would and I had to reach out via phone and email to Greg and Aimee both two and four weeks after sending in the invoice. Finally, 5 weeks later, I was sent the reimbursement check. Although I would like that part of the process to have gone faster, I am really happy to have done business with individuals who were good on their word!
I am very happy with the purchase of my brand new sporty car and all it's features. My salesman Tyrique Smalls provided the best customer service ever.
Ty was very personable and professional. Straightforward with no BS. Pleasure to work with him securing my lease. Likely will do business again with this dealership thanks to the excellent customer service provided. Asher handled all the financing questions and again was very personable and professional.
Tanesha was very calm and patient with us as we were looking for a vehicle. We walked in to test drive a vehicle and found a few things wrong with the one we wanted and she handled it well and helped make things right. She is excellent! Would definitely go back for future purchases!
