I have been shopping for a Tacoma for the last 5 months. I wasn't able to find a Tacoma that I wanted or a dealership that I trusted. I decided to stop by Germain one day to look one that I liked. DJ made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. The truck I was there to see had already sold but DJ was able to find me more trucks that may fit my style. I left Germain with a new truck that day and it was because of DJ great and friendly customer service. I had a great experience!!

My experience at this dealership was so seamless. There was a small incident with the vehicle I was trading in and they worked with me every step of the way to make sure we were taken care of and ended up taking home the new car we wanted, within the timeframe we needed. Preston Jenkins was the consultant who helped us and he was EXCEPTIONAL. I’m 7 months pregnant and he took it upon himself to transport everything from my old vehicle to the our new 4Runner without hesitation and was mindful of my comfort and that of my 8-year old son the entire time we were at the dealership. My only constructive feedback would be to the people in financing (this may not apply to all). The gentleman I worked with continued to push on things I already said no to and seemed to not be considerate of personal boundaries. He used my beverage to showcase the capabilities of one of the products he was attempting to sell. He took my straw out of my drink and proceeded to place his finger over the mouth of my straw to get the liquid out of the cup. I have a background in sales and realize there are all types of methods, but I must say that my interaction with him left me feeling like he didn’t view his customers as humans, but rather targets for a quota. My feedback would be to just identify your client’s personality type and needs and adjust your pitch accordingly. Even with that being said, I would still happily refer anyone to this dealership who is looking for their next vehicle. Thanks again, Preston!
