ToyotaCare Roadside Assistance – Included with the purchase of a new Toyota vehicle, you will receive no-cost 24-hour roadside assistance for 2 years from the date of first use, and unlimited miles1.
Toyota Certified Used Vehicle Roadside Assistance – Toyota Certified Used Vehicle owners will receive 1-year of Roadside Assistance, which offers protection virtually anywhere with a national network of Roadside Assistance providers across the United States and Canada2.

To the nearest Toyota dealership (or to the Toyota dealership of your choice within 25 miles of the nearest dealer). Extrication from any ditch, mud, sand or snow. Vehicle must be immediately adjacent to a regularly traveled road and capable of being serviced with standard servicing equipment.

Covers most services, including flat tires, lockout service, jump starts, fuel delivery up to 3 gallons, no more than 2 times per month, and towing for mechanical breakdown or collision recovery to the nearest Toyota dealership (except alternative fuel vehicles, including electric and fuel cell vehicles, which may be towed to an authorized charging or fueling station).
