Vehicle Eligibility3
- Vehicles are eligible for new vehicle Vehicle Service Agreements (VSAs) up to 3 years or 36,000 total vehicle miles, whichever comes first. Coverage is effective from date of first use as a new vehicle and zero miles4. Coverage expires at maximum time or mileage of the selected plan, whichever comes first.
Roadside Assistance5
- Coverage is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year within the continental US and Canada, while your agreement is active. This coverage includes towing (for covered breakdowns, to the nearest authorized servicing facility), flat tires, being locked out of your vehicle, dead battery jump starts, and fuel delivery services (up to 3 gallons, no more than 2 times per month; excludes fuel cell and electric vehicles).
Substitute Transportation6
- Coverage provides up to $50 per day for a maximum of 5 days per occurrence. Call us at 1-800-228-8559 to get prior approval for expenses incurred.
Travel Protection, Lodging, and Meals6
- Coverage provides up to $100 per day for lodging and meals if you’re more than 150 miles from home. Call us at 1-800-228-8559 to get prior approval. There is a maximum of 5 days over the life of your agreement.
Deductible Options7
- $0 or $100 disappearing deductible per eligible repair visit. Deductibles can only be waived by the selling dealer. A disappearing deductible is a deductible that is waived if the repair visit is performed by the dealer who sold the VSA plan.
Transferability
- Coverage can be transferred once, at no cost, from the original owner to a private party; this excludes dealers (see Terms of Agreement).
Cancellation
- You can cancel your VSA within 30 days for a full refund, less a $50 processing fee (as permitted by state law). Cancellations will be prorated if applied for after 30 days or if a claim is paid. Please see your dealer for state-specific cancellation policies.

1All Travel Protection benefits are valid only if your vehicle becomes inoperable due to mechanical failure of a covered component. Valid receipts will be required for reimbursement. In California, roadside service provided if vehicle is inoperable due to the mechanical failure of a covered component.
2Time and mileage coverage periods are measured from the date the vehicle was first put into service as a new vehicle and zero miles. Coverage expires upon reaching the maximum time or mileage of the coverage period selected, whichever occurs first. Deductible applies to each eligible repair visit. Ineligible vehicles include taxis, shuttle, commuter, professional, emergency or police vehicles, salvage vehicles, all vehicles used or to be used for competitive driving or racing, vehicles used or to be used for plowing snow or towing a trailer in a manner exceeding manufacturer’s recommendations, and all vehicles to be held by the purchaser or lessee for hire to the public or for hire to any persons not affiliated with the vehicle purchaser or lessee.
4Coverage under the VSA is secondary to, among other agreements, any manufacturer warranty, other valid repair agreement or vehicle.

If the disappearing deductible option is selected and the selling dealer of the VSA performs covered repairs, the $100 deductible will be waived. Otherwise the full deductible amount applies.
Toyota Wheel, Tire, & Key Replacement
With Tire & Wheel Protection, you can travel the roads knowing that your tires and wheels will be covered in the event of damage from eligible road hazards1.
Available options include:
- Platinum – Tire & Wheel only
- Platinum Plus – Adds Paintless Dent Repair and Windshield Repair
- Key Replacement Protection – Can be added to Platinum or Platinum Plus plans, or purchased as stand-alone coverage separately.
With Tire & Wheel Protection Platinum, we’ll help keep your tires, wheels and your budget intact with protection that’s available for up to 6 years. You’ll Receive
- Strength of Toyota: Reliable coverage of eligible damages caused by an operational or structural failure due to a defect in material or workmanship. Replacements will be done with quality parts and service.
- Tire Replacement: We’ll replace your tire if it’s damaged by eligible road hazards such as nails, broken glass, tree limbs or a pothole1.
- Wheel Replacement: If your wheel fails to hold a seal with your new tire, we’ll replace it.
- Unlimited Claims: With no limit to the number of covered claims, coverage for replaced tires continues during the term of the agreement as long as they meet your vehicle manufacturer’s size specifications.
Platinum Plus
- With coverage available for up to 6 years, Tire & Wheel Protection Platinum Plus 2 includes all the Platinum benefits, plus Paintless Dent Repair3, and Windshield Repair4

Key Replacement
Key Replacement Protection – We’ve all lost our keys. Rest easy.
Whether your keys are lost, stolen, or damaged, you’ll be taken care of with Key Replacement Protection. Key Replacement Protection can be added to Tire & Wheel Platinum or Platinum Plus plans, or purchased as stand-alone coverage separately. You’ll Receive:
- Key Replacement: Replacement of your covered vehicle’s key or key fob (remote) if lost, damaged, or stolen, up to $800 per occurrence.
- Lock-out Assistance: To unlock your vehicle if your vehicle keys are lost, damaged, or stolen.
- Towing Assistance: Up to $100 per occurrence.
- Transportation Reimbursement: Taxi/rental vehicle/public transportation reimbursement, up to $75 per occurrence.
Replacement of Additional Non-programmable Keys: Up to $250 per lost key claim – limit three occurrences.
Toyota Wheel, Tire, & Key Replacement Disclaimers:
1T&W protection covers damage caused by conditions defined as eligible road hazards which affect the performance of the tires/wheels as a result of the tire failing to hold air, or the wheel failing to seal with the new tire; such failures may prevent the maintenance of the manufacturer’s air pressure specifications. Note: Road Hazards are commonly defined as debris on a public roadway such as nails, glass, potholes, rocks, tree limbs or other objects or conditions not normally found in the roadway.
2Tire & Wheel Protection Platinum Plus is not available in all states.
3Not all dents and dings can be repaired by the paintless dent repair process. Product covers the removal of dents and dings located in accessible areas on the vehicle that are no larger than four inches in diameter and the repair will not affect the manufacturer’s paint or finish. Hail damage is covered up to the dollar value of the comprehensive damage deductible or $1,000, whichever is less. Paintless Dent Repair hail damage coverage is not available in all states.
4Excludes stress cracks or cracks over six (6) inches, damage to the inside of the windshield, and damage to windshield caused by hail, vandalism or neglect.
