Follow all required safety, record-keeping, and housekeeping procedures
Understand and follow federal, state, and local regulations concerning auto service.
Receive customer vehicles and escort them to stalls for service.
Carry out repair orders according to manufacturer specifications and best practices.
Diagnose malfunctions and trouble codes, then carry out repairs following customer approval.
Communicate with our Parts Department to obtain required OEM parts.
Tag and turn in parts and paperwork following warranty and recall repairs.
Quality check work performed.
Document all work performed.
