When you’re ready to take advantage of our service pick-up and delivery, the first thing to do is schedule a service appointment. When you do so, let us know that you want to take advantage of our pick-up and delivery service. When the scheduled time comes, someone from Germain Toyota of Columbus will come to your home or office. When you hand them your keys, they will drive your vehicle to Germain Toyota of Columbus. As our technicians service your vehicle, we will let you know the estimated timeframe and will alert you if any other services are recommended. Once we finish servicing your Toyota, we will return your vehicle and your keys to you at the arranged location.
