What is Apple CarPlay?

How to Enable Apple CarPlay

Step 1: Use an Apple Lightning Cable to connect your iPhone® to your vehicle. Apple CarPlay should activate by default but it may be necessary to reactivate it via your phone’s settings.

Step 2: Make sure that Apple CarPlay is switched to “ON” on your vehicle’s multimedia system. This can be accomplished by Menu > Setup > General > Apple CarPlay > ON.

Step 3: Once activated, simply use the MENU button on your multimedia display. Tap the Apple CarPlay Icon on the display to verify that Apple CarPlay is in use.
